Class Description

Small group training (SGT) class includes body weight and compound toning exercises that are designed for all fitness levels. Each exercise routine will have you burning calories from start to finish while firing up your metabolism, helping you lose weight, build muscles, and strengthen your bones. These classes offer a consistent workout schedule with a variety of exercise routines to keep you motivated and prevent boredom during workouts. SGT class provides a fun and energetic workout environment that promotes and improves the growth and success of an active healthy lifestyle. Come join us! Let’s prosper in health together!

Class Requirements

No equipment needed for classes. All participants must bring a towel and water to stay hydrated.
 
Classes will start promptly at 9:00 AM on scheduled days and end at 9:30 AM. Please be on time.
